IE 6 SP1 Causing Problems after install

Has anyone else had the problem of after installing the SP1 for Inet Explorer 6 on NT 4.0 SP6a, Powerchute & McAfee VS are asking if I have sufficient rights?

Any help with this would be appreciated.
