IE Displaying at Different Resolution

I’ve got a client box in which Internet Explorer has started displaying some websites in a different resolution. It’s as if the screen resolution has been set to 640×480. (The normal res for this box is 600×800)

However, the browser itself is notaffected, just websites. No font options have been changed. It just started all of a sudden.

Any suggestions?
