II5 FTP site been hacked……

I had read an artical on my problem two weeks ago but sadly did not pay to much attention. Now I wish I did.

Our company has Win2k with ISA firewall on it with the latest patch on it. Now in our FTP site it has been hacked with a index page that says “fuck americal and somethingBox etc” (sorry aboutthe language).

Can some one please tell me how this was done and how to fix it as I have searched for a day and not found the artical again.
