IIS

I have IIS version 4.0 already installed on NT Server,there is around 50 Sites supported by it. Now I am planing to format and install Windows 2000 server , and am wondering if there is a facility to restore the information of the domains again. I used the backup/restore option supplied by the IIS , but when I tried to restore the data on the 2000 machine it gave me an error and it damaged the whole IIS 5.0
