IIS 4.0, Exchange and newsfeed

I have an exchange server and an iis news server. The iis server is publically available and i want to connect it to our exchange server to allow our users to view and post. i have been able to set IIS to allow pull feed and this works, i cannot make a server post. i believe that this kind of newsfeed is not available but wondered if there was a solution.
