IIS_Locking tool

I applied IIS_Locking tool on my web server this week (tuesday). Until that time, my Outlook web access doesn’t work.
I know I could uninstall the patch but I would like to know if there is a trick or tip to resolve this problem.

I use Exchange5.5 on an NT server 4.0.
My web server is IIS 4.0 on an NT server 4.0 also.
My Exchange directory is called WebData and webshared as /exchange.
When I try to access to Outlook Web Access through IE5.5 SP2 or with IE6.0, Internet explorer display(The page cannot be found.
Any help will be appreciate.
