IIS migration

I have a windows 2000 webserver running IIS 5.0 that can’t keep up as popularity increases with my company and people accessing our websites. So, obviously…I need to migrate my config to a faster server. Does anyone have any experiance with this or know any best practices for migrating IIS? Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙂
