IIS over VPN

Hi

I have the following issue.
I have users connecting to a sharepoint site(WSS)via VPN certain users can access the website and others can’.The sharepoint site is set to Intergrated Windows Authentication.
The users that cant connect,could connect before.Any Ideas?
