I originally started out with the problem of having to have an administrative password for the bios, and none of the passwords that were provided on the internet opened up my BIOS to start the computer. The next remedy was to take out the BIOS battery to reset that password which it did, but then again it never got to the Windows operating system! It’s telling me that I needed that I need a bios flash to get this machine back up and running, but haven’t been able to find one on HP or anywhere else the ones that I did receive to be able to create a boot up USB drive has not worked. I seek the forums help from anyone who might have a copy of the BIOS flash upgrade for the compact for stereo WM339 model of the compact for stereo, and if so please email that to me so I can make a boot up USB drive!
