IMP Webmail – Svr selection not appear

I am installaing IMP 3.1, Horde 2.1 at my RH7.2.
One main thing did not appear in php page… the server selection (imap, pop .. & etc). The language selection work fine.
Please help me so that the server selection, host and port to be appear.
Any helps are welcomed.
