Import calendar wizard in Visio 2003

I have a user who has Visio 2003, and Office 2007. He is attempting to import from Outlook 2007 via the Calendar import wizard in Visio but the option is unavailable. The only thing I have found is that if Visio 2003 does not see outlook installed, it greys out or makes unavailable the calendar wizard. Any thoughts??
