Importing csv into access using command button

Hi Guys/Gals, i am currently in the process of creating a customs and excise declaration printing system and have come across a stumbling block. The system fully works but i need some help with importing an address book csv file into the database. I would like a pop up box asking for the file to import, as it varies in name and location, and then to automatically ignore any errors. Also it will need to be imported into an existing table.
