In Excel “File Open”

At Excel start the first time from the programs list, I go to ‘File Open’ and the software points always to a folder in the “Document and Settings” folder. All further opening of files are fine. Close down Excel and re-open, the same as above. Anyone can describe me how to change this behaviour, please (if possible).
