Our IT group comprise of only two officers and one consultant. We are in the midst of implementation in our system that was decided upon to be outsourced to an IT system provider.
However, after evaluation and background checking of this IT provider, the delivery of its services is beyond agreed date and the quality do meet the specs we had submitted.
We are proposing to move over to a new vendor, but management is in doubt that we would might as well experience the same with the new one. They are not ready of the changing providers.
How and what is the better thing to do with the new vendor? and what factors should we hold upon the existing one? What points do we need to get in order to convice the management?
