I work in a call center for a business that is basically doing transportation. We are looking for a simple incident tracking system. Open source if preferable. We were thinking just use an open source help desk and modify the language a bit. Let me give you a real world scenario.
A dispatcher in the call center has an issue with driver they are dispatching. They would go into this ticket system and enter in something so that management or other dispatchers can read / comment on and we have a record of all the problems our employees have. Stats too and such.
For now it would mostly be in house to employees.
Has anyone had any experience with something like this? I was looking into Kayako but thats more a CRM rather then a internal company incident tracking system.
Thoughts?
