Increase RAM on RedHat 9 server

I have recently increased the amount of RAM on my sevrer from 386MB to 640MB. However, when I TOP still shows that I still only have 386MB Total. I’m using GRUB as my boot loader, is there something I have to do to GRUB to get the OS to see the additional RAM? Thanks in advance.
