Increasing Network Print Speeds

I would like to see, if anyone out there is familiar with the Ricoh LP-M32 high speed laser printer (our have the Alpha Controller Cards); We are getting about 38ppm (tiff images) and are looking to increase the output. This printer can handle 80-85in ASCII format. Or any suggestions for increase the Spooling time. Each of the 4 printers we use for document reproduction (we assign numbers to each page) and time is very vaulable to us. Any suggestions, for increaseing output and decrease spooling time would be of great assistance.
