.info domains and Verisign

Does anyone have working .info gltds through Verisign?

We have domains purchased through them. The nameservers and other changes say they are ammended when we use the account but they are not in the real world. We have wasted many hours talkingto them. They say they will fix them but never do.

Anyone know the name of somone senior to contact there? I’d hate to have to hand it to the lawyers but we want to use those domains we have paid for
