InfoPath and Sharepoint

I have designed a form in sharepoint and taken it to sharepoint. Two questions I have is when I try to submit it I get the error “A value in the form may be used to specify the file name. If you know the value in the form that specifies the file name, revise it and try again. Otherwise, contact the author of the form template.” Secondly how can I get people to view it from their side and fill it from Sharepoint Services?
