Are there any Books / Guidelines / Assesments as a LEGO (you know these tiny things kids play with) available.

The reference should could be a million pages big (sure it is bigger) but should be build up know how from a novice to a pro…

i.e.:
Security overall: social hacking, server rooming, access for to which room, small network–>what is needed, which user needs which rights (later on GroupPolicies), Active Directory, …

I need such stuff urgent to get an overall picture.
