Infrastructure Organizational structures

I’m looking for the latest ideas regarding organizational structures for an IT Infrastructure team which is highly client/server, web, data oriented. While I’m looking at my existing organizational structure (what groups report to what leader), I’mlooking for new ways to align functions within an Infrastructure team.
