Inherited a network nightmare

I have a HP server running Server 2003 and Autocad 2005. It has 6-36GB hard drives. Everything is on the C:\ drive. My question is, can I partition this on the fly as a RAID 5 array, how is it done? Reinstalling the O/S and app isn’t an option right now.
