Input to Excel File Help Needed

Hi all,

What i’m looking to do is input information from a form into an excel file.

I need to build a user friendly interface to input the data and then use excel to sort through the data so information could be displayed for a single client for instance.

Is there any way in Excel or otherwise of doing this without having to create a web application?

Any help appreciated.
