install capturing WebCam as a service?

Help me please!
I need to capture images from a webcam DeXXa (Logitech analog) every 3 minutes and put it for the using via Web.
I need some software that can work as service no interacting with desktop.
Or I need to take somehow by Active X, using ASP.
I use win2k Advanced Server.
