install windows 2003 on dell n5010

I cant able to install windows 2003 on Dell N5010. I can able to boot from CD,but its stops keep saying Starting Windows while installation. I have even changed to SATA mode in setup to ATA from AHCI,but no luck.
Please provide assistance. Thanks
