installing exchange 2000

I installed exchange 2000 on my PDC running windows 2000 without runing the forestprep & the domainprep.Some exchange services didn’t start and I kept getting a couple of errors.
At this point, I want to delete exchange and install it right, but the problem is, I can’t do it from add/remove programs in control panel
Can anyone help me with some tips??????
