Installing Programs

Just installed Redhat 7.2. Default
installation. I am trying to install a
program called

ECLiPT Roaster

found at

http://eclipt.uni-klu.ac.at/projects/eroaster

for burning Cd’s.
Now it says all you need to do to install
it is:The unzipped package requires only a
configuration and make install, placing the
executable in the path automatically.

What does configuration and make install
mean, and how do i do it. I just want to
get the program running.

Please be very descriptive, I have no
experience with Linux, I was amazed I got
it up and running.
