Interactive Online Excel Spreadsheets

I want to post an Excel worksheet online and want to have the capability of various users making changes and updating the worksheet. Other than assigning a group account (or a series of individual accounts), is there a way to make the Excel file interactive and have the changes be saved once the user is done? If so, how?
