intermittently loss user home directory

Hi,

We have Windows 2003 AD environment. Most of clients are running windows XP.

These few months we noticed that our users loss their home directory mapping. This is intermitenly and randomly. At the time the issue happened the home directories were mapped to the root directory instead of to their own home directories. So they can see other users home directories listed.

I googled and it seems a lot of people starting to experience this issue lately but no solutions.

Any idea?
