Internal DNS name resolution for multiple sites on one server.

I have an internal web host with multiple (200) sites with different IP’s. In my AD DSN, do I have to create a forward lookup zone for each one of those sites IF I want internal pings to resolve to the internal IP address of the site and not the external IP address of the site…..or is there another way to accomplish this without having to create 200 forward lookup zones?
