INTERNATIONALLY PISSED!!!!!

I am sending this message in an effort to see if I am the only person who is royally pissed about how International circuits are handled. If you have had experience with the installation or manangement of International circuit installation/s , especially Mexico, please respond to me with your comments, good or bad. I am trying to see if we as IT professionals can build a large enough voice to be heard and maybe even help change the BS!!! involved in not only installation, but also latency issues and other things as well involved with these circuits. Thanks for any responses.
