Internet Access – RAS

NT4 SP6a – New PCI Modems – RAS keeps putting a / in front of the user name on the attempts to get to the ISP. RAS crashed a couple of days ago and we found the modems were bad. Replaced the modems and now we are getting the problem with the slashin front of the UID for the ISP.
