Internet Backup Software

We are looking at setting up a service to make backups over the internet for our customers. Probably primary and secondary storage on big disks on different locations.
I want to be able to centrally administer the backups for a large number of customers. Some of them might want to be able to have a look at the logs and restore files themselves as well.

If you have experience from similar solution can you suggest a backup software to use?
