internet connection sharing

i have a network with windows 95, 98, nt4, and 2000. and would like to setup internet connection sharing. I set up static ip’s (192.168.0.n) and set the win 2k box to be the gate way. i also enabled connection sharing on the 98 box, but still have not been able to connect to the internet via the network.
My question is this: How do i set this up, and particularly what do i need to do on the 95 machines.
