Internet Connection Sharing in RedHat 8

I would like to set up an internet cafe and would like to install Red Hat 8 on the the box which shares the internet connection (trying to avoid the Microsoft Licencing issues). I am fairly new to Linux, so please tell me how I can go about the problem. What files to I edit/create what else do I have to configure? Please help me.
