Internet Explorer 6.0.2 default page

I am running Win98 2nd with IE 6.0.2 My default page keeps changing to www.istarthere.com. I changed everything in the registry that relates to default page and still keeps defaulting back to same. I am pissed they have to resort to these methods. can someone please help!? Thanks!
