Internet Explorer 7 SP 3 Problem printing web pages

Hi
Since XP SP3 we have major printing problems on web pages and HTML emails. We have IE7 installed with TVD 7.1 and Adobe 8.x. To date the only fix is to run the Office repair or run as administrator.
Anyone had similar problems like this resolved.
