Internet Explorer Group Policy Settings

we are tryig to implement a group policy that will allow selected sites to come through as trusted sites so that those sites can run ActiveX, Java, Shock Wave without any issues.

What’s happening is that those sites are coming in as mix mode.

Any ideas, help would be appreciated.
