Internet Portal evaluation guide.

I am currently working on a project to develop a property portal for my company and will soon conduct a facilitated test-run session with our middle/senior management. They will be asked to use the portal as if they are our potential users. I need to prepare a questionaire to gauge their feedback on the overall concept, features etc. of the portal. Can anyone give me some guide or reference that i could refer to in preparing a suitable questionaire ?
