Internet Webpage display (client)

Does anyone have an idea why one inhouse PC cannot logon to certain sites while any other PC inhouse can? I have checked security settings in properties but nothing seems to work. IE 5.2
One of the sites is a secured site at a bank. You can acces the main page but not sign in on this one PC. All other PCs work fine.
