Interview for Technical Help Desk position as DoD contractor

I am interviewing with DoD contracting company as a Technical Help Desk, I have a Secret Clearance but do not hold an A+ cert. They seem very interested even though I do not have any experience. Are there any recommendations anyone could offer? I have been researching the company and doing my own A+ home training
