Interviewing Programmers

Hi

My department is interviewing a Notes developer next week and I have been given the task of trying to find some questions to ask him. Unfortunately I know nothing about Lotusscript, and neither does anyone else here. I have looked on a few Q&Aforums however with not knowing the subject I don;t know if the questions i’ve found are like really hard or very simple. ANyone got any suggestions on the sort of things we should be asking?
