Intranet diary system

Can anybody help me? I have been tasked with providing a corporate diary system for our intranet. The purpose is to track the whereabouts of our directors and sales staff. The problem we have is some of our sites are POP3 accounts so there are problems using Outlook. Does anybody know of a diary system that can help me? much obliged.
