invalid disk error

i’m getting an invalid system disk error when I reboot one of our users pc. It says, invalid system disk replace the disk, and then press enter. She opened a cd and when she rebooted the pc, then after that it’s giving her that message. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all for the help the you provided me on my previous questions.
