Inventory Analysis using a free software or Microsoft Excel

Hi All,

Background: A small pharmaceutical trading company requires free inventory analysis and business management which is user friendly and easy to customise. Iam also open for Microsoft Excel worksheet which provides inventory in/out data and has links between invoice generated and inventory in hand.

Any information would be helpful.
