ioremap_nocache problem

On kernel 2.4.9-13 ( X86 with 1GB RAM ) the ioremap_nocache can not map more then 64MB for the PCI boards. The limitation the RAM to 512 MB by lilo solve the problem. Who I can solve the problem without RAM limitation ?
