IP problems with Windows 2000 Advanced S

I’m having a lot of problems with dropped socket connections on my Win2K advanced server. It seems like the client connects, and then gets dropped due to some kind of WinSock error. All my TCP/IP services are affected (WWW,FTP,POP3,SMTP,etc.). Does anyone have any ideas? I’m stumped.
