IP Routing

I have got two locations that are miles apart that need to be able to see each other. I have got each location setup with a DSL Router from Linksys that is used to access the internet. Each Router has a static private and public IP address. I need location 2 to be able to get to the private side of Location 1, and access an AS400 Server on the private Lan of location 1.
