IPCONFIG /REGISTERDNS does’nt work

We have 3 Win 2000 servers say DC1,DC2,DC3 in accordance with there installation. DC1 and DC2 are not in sync with each other even when ipconfig /registerdns is run in the command promt and no messages found in the event viewer regarding this.

Even DC2 and DC3 are not in sync. whereas DC1 and DC3 are in sync when ipconfig /regsterdns is run.

need information about how to bring the servers to sync.
