IPF in any Internet Application

I have a users whose PC is really starting to frustrate me. Any application (i.e., IExplorer, Outlook, Outlook Express, Instant Messenger) that accesses the internet causes an invalid page fault in unknown module. I searched all around and tried various fixes but nothing seems to work. Anyone have any ideas?
